For modeling agencies

Your roster, multiplied — their consent, intact.

Bring your models to the verified likeness marketplace. You run the business — profiles, terms, deals, bookings — under a mandate each model grants and can change at any time. What you never hold: their identity, their approvals, their right to revoke.

The mandate model

Delegated business. Non-delegable consent.

Each model grants your agency a mandate — a set of named permissions they ratify when they accept your invite, and can change at any time. The model is the grantor; you operate inside it.

Edit the profile

Update a model’s bio, photos, categories, and discovery details on their behalf.

Set license terms

Propose scopes, term length, and pricing for their likeness.

Accept standard deals

Close in-scope deals at or below the model’s auto-accept ceiling — anything above it escalates to the model.

Message brands

Reply to briefs and negotiate in the model’s request threads.

Manage bookings

Coordinate physical shoot dates and logistics for the roster.

Buy placements

Purchase Spotlight marketplace placements on a model’s behalf — the agency pays.

Never delegated

The model is the grantor.

Some things no mandate can carry — the platform rejects any attempt to add them. They belong to the model, always:

  • Identity verification — the ID and liveness check is theirs alone
  • Render approvals — final cut on every generated image
  • License revocation — effective immediately, no agency sign-off
  • Leaving the roster — the link dissolves; their licenses and history stay theirs

Commission mechanics

Your cut is carved from the 85 — never from the 15.

On every deal the platform keeps 15% and 85% belongs to the model. Your commission is a percentage you set per model, carved out of that model share — the three parts always add up to the deal, and the model’s share can never go below zero.

85% the model

15% platform

Your commission is carved from the model’s share — the platform’s cut is untouchable.

Set per model

Commission is agreed model by model — proposed on the invite, adjustable per model from your roster.

Carved, not stacked

Platform + model + agency always equals the deal. Your cut never inflates the brand’s price and never touches the platform’s fifteen.

Paid through the platform

A payouts page tracks your lifetime commission per model, alongside what each model earned.

Splits are recorded in the deal ledger in integer cents — every payout is traceable to its deal.

Roster operations

Invite. Ratify. Operate.

01

Invite your models

Send an invite with a proposed commission and mandate. Links expire after 14 days — resend or revoke any time before it’s accepted.

02

The model ratifies

On accept, the model reviews every permission and the commission. Verification stays personal: an ID and liveness check no agency can do for them.

03

Run the book

One roster table for the whole book — each model’s stage, mandate, and active license, down to the LL-code and its record.

04

Follow the money

Payouts shows your commission per model as deals close — in the same integer-cents ledger as everyone else’s money.

Bring the roster. Consent stays where it belongs.
